The moody and magical colors of Wearingeul’s inks are inspired by classic works of literature from around the world. This Korean ink maker concocts quality inks that are wonderful to write with and look stunning.

Their A Taxidermied Genius ink is based on the novel The Wings by Korean author Yi Sang. They describe it as showing “the agony of the intellectual in early 1900s Korea”: a wine-red color with an iridescent green sheen.
